KWA Adaptive Training Pistol
Hey guys!
Wondering if anyone has any experience with the KWA ATP. I'm considering it for a backup sidearm (quite a bit more cost efficient than buying another 1911 or other replica) Is there serpa style holsters or anything that fit this weapon? http://www.revolutionairsoft.com/KWA...tol_p_163.html |

Two things to ask yourself are how available are spare mags and replacement parts?

Uses ksc/kwa Glock mags and mostly the same internals. Its a very good buy if you don't mind the look. I'll be getting one when I get around to it just trying to use all my pistols one first.
Edit: it should fit most Glock holsters, though I'm not certain about that. |

I shot one and compared it to a few other KWA pistols... I felt it didn't kick as hard as some of the other pistols and it felt a lot lighter than the m9 and 226. I think it was lighter than the usp as well, but it fit in my hand a lot better.
Not sure if it fits in a serpa, it's a pseudo glock, but there are parts of it that are shaped differently so it may not fit in glock serpas. |

It does fit a glock serpa. One of my teammates runs one with a serpa.

I have one and i love it.
It should fit any holster for a glock 17. I have the blackhawk! serpa glock17-22 holster and it fits perfectly. |

♥ LOVES helmets! ♥
Don't shoot me more than 10 times or I'll charge you! |
I'd go with a mark 2 or 4 kwa 1911.

I had the ATP come in the mail about a week ago...i must say for $150 its a pretty impressive piece. It fits in my Safariland M&P holster with just a little wiggle so that was a bonus. Also the magazines seem to be had for cheaper than most. Speaking of magazines my mag is leaking a bit from the bottom seal. Its just enough that when you put it to your ear you hear a small leak. I have put silicon oil on the seals but still does it. Would it be best to disassemble the mag and put thicker modify silicon gear grease on the o rings. What is my probable issue here?! Thanks

That is so true LOL. I'm on the fence of buying a ATP/a type of glock because KWA 1911 mags are 14 rounds...and they cost $55..
