Plate carrier, Load bearing, or Vest?

I am trying to decide what to get for my field kit. I run a tac vest for CQB, but now I am looking into the various options for a more armored and multi-role second-line tac gear. Right now, I am looking at this: http://www.airsoftgi.com/product_inf...ducts_id=11738 because it looks like a nice level between full plate carrier, and load bearing. Plus it comes with MOLLE pockets. Any other suggestions? E.G: "Lol bro buy a basic carrier and pocket it yourself"

I would look around in Canada, last time I ordered from ASGI, I got smacked with an extra $40 of duties for my Condor fleece jacket. That type of vest is commonly sold in Canada, there are always a few in the classifieds where you could score a fully fieldable rig for a good price.

Condor makes some decent gear for a good price I ran a 7 pocket chest rig for 2 years of hard paintballing and then a season of airsoft and it held up just fine and as a bonus it has just enough pouches to get the job done and still be light and mobile. Now I run a Flyye CIRAS.

Also ill suggest going to army issue now you can get avd find out about gandg and look at some gear.
You dont want a plate carrier unles you really want to fell as tho hour wearing a sweater out in the heat. They are thick and somewhat heavy even with fake plates in them get a chest rig or lbv or some type of webing not a plate carried

that really sucks, because I can build a full loadout that I really like on ASGI for under 200 (not including a BDU, boots or gun)

I run exactly that vest, and when going heavy (read 10+ mags... GBBR), I add a hugger plate under.

Currently have one black and one CB.
It's called a RRV (Rhodesian Recon Vest)

Bought the black one at a local surplus for 40$ without pouches, + 25$ for 5x double M4 pouches... So overall it's the same price, except I got a condor vest and BlackHawk! pouches.

If you are looking for a hydra pack for that one, the ones made for MBSS fit.

200 plus shipping (30-50 bucks) then tax when it comes over the border (25-30 bucks) and duties (whatever cbsa decides to charge maybe another 30-50 bucks)
Or you can just buy here for 150-300 maybe less maybe more depending on what you want.

Definately go to Army Issue, that way you get your AV out of the way and he has all the gear you could ever want so kill 2 birds with 1 stone.

The only thing about Army Issue is that I am not willing to drive an hour each way, for anything less than a game :/ I prefer to keep my gear hunt online, or in and around toronto

Its entirely worth the trip trust me. If you go on saturday itll take 45 minuts tops to drive from markham road and 401 to there so if your not that far east itll be faster then that.
Dont forget to check out the upstairs section he just opened.

The online catalog doesnt have much and doesnt advertise any airsoft at all
He has chest rigs plate carriers lbvs all the pouches you can shake a stick at. He can av you he has mags bbs rifles pistols and all sorts of fun stuff.
I figure i can mention it outside of the av section because its not available online and youll have to show id anyhow in order to buy.
There are also some other surplus places in the area as well so if he dont uave what you want gear wise you can find either at tnt at lakeshore and islington or at the other place (jaroon can tell you where it is ive never been)

That looks remarkably like this one.

I usually buy in Canada if someone has what I want and the price+shipping is reasonable. Otherwise I buy overseas and haven't been hit with duties or taxes yet. I only buy from the US when I am in the US.

Woah. Thanks. Free shipping too I am just wondering if CB will look alright with the rest of my rig as Condor's tan stuff. Don't want a massive colour difference.

And if I have the time, I will swing down to that place then. Might as well give all the options a look

Hectic is way right about army issue. Worth the trip, the stories and the talk. Plus texas's shin kicks are funny.
