Compatable Stocks?
hello, i was wondering if the ''Quick Opening'' butt stock on the VFC HK 417 would fit on my G&G HK 416 from what i could tell in videos and pictures they look similar on the attaching side. I think its possible but i cannot find the actual dimensions to compare them and be sure.
if anyone has any info i would apprciate it! Last edited by Sean J; April 29th, 2013 at 15:27.. Reason: Spelling |

If the gandg will take TM type buffer tubes and stocks then a JG 416 stock will fit (its the same proper E1 stock seen on the real 416)
Like so Tho its not 100% the same as the real 416 (mainly the the button/lever for adjuting it isnt correct) Its about the closest in airsoft. Im not sure if the vfc is the same spec as TM type buffers but id imagine it is so it should fit.

Finding one will be a bit of a chore. Prolly the easiest would be to find a junker 416 to pull the stock off of. Or just buy a jg416 (there cheap 200 bucks) then swap stocks and have 2 guns or sell the 416. Ive hunted for those stocks befor and had no luck.
The problem is there has only really been one company that made s propper 416 stock on its own as a part to buy (hurricane and they are in the 150 doller range if you can find one. I seen a UK site with em for £85 back in the day) Aside from that they are made only as part of the gun itself and most 416's just come with the LE type stock or a plain crane stock.
