Whats a Good CQB gun

Hey everyone,

I am trying to find a new gun for cqb season. I have my G36 for out door, but even with the stock folded it is bigger then a m4. So that really is not an option. i was thinking of going gas, mabey dual pistols or mabey even just one hicapa. anyone have any suggestions? I also don't want spend an arm and a lag. So no dual WA PK2's :P

thanks for the help

Choda

Dual pistols are okay for fun when you decide to go on a Nam-inspired freak-out as I tend to do. But are nowhere near practical nor effective. You are much more effective with a single pistol. As an FYI Maruzen makes Gas MP5Ks

hicapa =) just go with that and 2 extra mags? each hold 31rds.. way cooler to shoot..
or you could grab an M733? OR if you dont like V2 mechboxes then grab an AK Spetz? or a P90? or any MP5 Variant...

personally, I'd get an MP5K, then if you want better aiming stability grab a pdw stock or mod an M4 slither stock on there... its not that expensive =)

if you want to use gas then just use a Hi-Capa. you can use it as a field sidearm too!

try the w.e. hicapa. they are full metal and have the strongest recoil i've ever felt off a gbb (especially with the co2 mag at over 400 fps). they're compatable with marui mags and are cheaper and better built than the marui. they're acurrate as hell too.

Can't go wrong with MP5

I prefer a P90 ... but I have a TM MP5A5.. and it is really quite good right out of the box.

the P90 is a more compact weapon.. but not everyone likes it... I personally think it is the best CQB weapon there is.. in the TR version.. you can put whatever kind of scope you want.. and still have 2 rails to put lights or whatever else you like.
The P90 is short, balanced, works great on a single point sling and ambidextrous.. so you can switch to shooting left or right at will (important in CQB)

in this case the P90 tr is ahead of the MP5 as the MP5 needs a $75 rail attachment before you can put a scope on it.

But for a first gun for indoor play... you may want to go with a more conventional MP5

m249 for the cool factor, but really I would give my vote to the mp5

Maruzen Mp5K CQB if you can find one. A bit pricy with several mags, but all the fun of a full auto GBB in a stable platform. SIR system lets you throw on all kinds of flashy CQC shit, several stock options available (sexy wood Nakaya one) and an OEM extended inner barrel with the silencer. Stick with duster and you should be gunning for a long time. There are also a supprisingly large (for a gas gun) amount of internal after market parts available from over seas.

Maruzen MP5Ks have a poor reputation for reliability. If you want an automatic gas gun your only really viable options are the KSC M11, Glock 18, and M93R.

I'd recommend a Hi-Capa because it's accurate as hell and is really efficient with gas. I can get off around 60 shots with 1 clip full of gas. The kick on it is great as well. ****

well i was orignaly thinking of a hicapa, cause i needed a sidearm for outdoor, but i then was wondering if it would be a good gun for CQB, i am also planing to get a P90 soon but i think the hicapa with a few mags is a good choice for me, if it doesn't work out i can allways get my self a P90tr

thanks for the help, ****
