LiPo Battery Question

Hey there, I am sorta new to figuring out whether a non-airsoft targeted battery would be able to be run in an airsoft gun...and could use some help.

This LiPo is what I need, but I am unsure if this would be a good battery for an airsoft gun. Any help?

Not enough info on that site to give you an answer
I highly recommend you get your batteries from hobbyking.com
And please read the battery info guide in the noob section!

It seems like a pretty low discharge pack if the guage of wire is that thin... also at the dimensions of the pack it looks like the only place you could put it is on the outside of any gun.

hobbyking is the place to go for battery packs. If you don't want to order from them, you can go to any R/C hobby store and find a brick pack for a car or plane and most of them will work fine. The only airsoft specific ones of any note would be the gum stick sized packs for buffer tubes and crane stocks. Otherwise a brick pack if it will fit is a better choice if you can get more Mah and C rating.

Wow that battery is expensive. Take some time to read up on if lipos are for you. Learn what is involved to safely use them and what you will need to get started with lipos.

If you do decided to go the lipo route. Go for lipos from hobby king. The prices for lipos from airsoft stores is absurd.

Get batteries from hobbyking! Just make sure to order it from their US warehouse or you'll be waiting ages and filing a paypal dispute like me after waiting 2 months for them...
