S&T 1903A3 upgrade?
I'm wondering if anyone here knows anything about upgrading this gun. I've been interested in this gun for a while and I would like to know its upgradability. The only thing that I was able to find, that it's vsr 10 compatible, but I didn't find any like build logs to see what parts are actually compatible. Any info would be appreciated, thank you.

looks vsr 10 compatible, at least in cylinder and trigger box.

It's VSR-based but not VSR10 compatible. Everything has been modified to fit the springfield body. The cylinder is smaller, the hop-up chamber is different and so is the trigger. Your upgrades choices are pretty much limited to the spring, hop-up rubber and the barrel right now unless you can get something custom machined. It takes AEG type barrels and rubbers, but it doesn't like just any rubber, so you might have to go through many rubbers before you find one that fits and doesn't double feed. The spring is shorter than VSR springs, so you'll have to cut one down to compressed length.
In short, I wouldn't bother with that gun. When the cheap plastic internals inevitably break down, you'll need custom machined parts to fix it, or it becomes a very expensive paper weight.

hard to go wrong with a cylinder, but if you need a new piston modded to fit, or want some work done on it, I know a guy who's pretty capable...
