Mauri g26 original parts
What source are you mainly using for the g26 parts. I'm also looking for original TM parts to replace any suggestions?

Mine right now has the Guarder recoil/hammer spring and PGC slide/barrel. The Hammer spring upgrade alone pushed the fps from ~260 ish to 280 ish. But with the metal slide the power starts dropping from 10th-11th round from a full mag. I am looking for a tight bore for it but WGC was out of stock when I ordered it....I was also going to get steel recoil spring guide but it's out just about everywhere....
I have to say though, stock G26 was pretty good, fps is abit low but with such a short barrel and small mag you can't expect as much out of it as a Hi-Capa, but accuracy is exceptional.... |

I've got about 85% of what you havel listed in my TM G26 Advance and I have noticed almost zero difference in performance. It is no more accurate that it was stock (I installed the Nine Ball tightbore, which you don't have one listed and stock I could out range and was more accurate the a stock TM M4) and it chronos about 8fps hotter. It still shoots best with Excel 0.20g bb's and hates pretty much everything else. Since I use my sidearm as a backup and for CQB/close quarters (i.e. when I'm too close to safely use my AEG), the pistol was more than good enough for gaming. Seeing as the only real difference between my pistol and yours is the barrel length, so you're not going to get the range and accuracy, just what do you hope to accomplish with these upgrades? Other than adding heft to my gun with the metal slide, I feel my upgrades were wasted money for what I got.

007 Ken has the last rare metal slide for the G26.
Not sure if he still has it left. |
