what does it take to make the perfect eagle?.

my friend is thinking of picking up a TM Desert Eagle Hard Kick ...but i don't trust tokyo marui that much..so i was wondering ,what it would take(parts/money) to be brought up to field specs? (accuracy and reliability is key here) or should he just buy the KWC full metal/full auto instead,i've been told it's alot better.

The TM DE is actually a pretty good gun, I have one. Although I am currently in the process of making it a 10" Full metal.
