Either wet naps (or those wetnap things you can buy in the white tub), or put hand cream on your face before you cam up. If you put hand cream on, you can wash your cam off with a little bit of effort and water, soap is almost unneaded.

yeah the cream sorta makes my face shiny and the camo too so i dont like to use it but the wet wipes can take off the camo without me having to add cream to my face before aplying camo right?

Should... and if you put just a bit of regular hand cream on your face first, it shouldn't make anything shiney... I don't know what you're using, but clearly it's different than any hand cream I've ever seen.... I know the handcream thing works because I've used it, along with many others I know in the field, and it was actually a tip one of my buddies gave me who discovered it in the field.

they sell camo removers (in wetnap format) at hunting supply stores. they work well and leave you smelling like the inside of a rental car (don't ask)

Depends which type of camo yo uare wearing, some things work better than others. Me, I'll say shaving cream with the rest of them, but I found that baby wipes work great, and don't leave that sticky funny smell that shaving cream does.
