A little help with holster selection
Ok, here's the deal; I've got a P226 with M3 light on it and I need a holster able to hold it. There are plenty of those lousy drop legs out there but I hate the bloody things and can't stand to wear them. I am open to both waist and shoulder harness style holsters though. I heard somewhere that the Gaurder Tornado drop leg could be used as a waist holster, any truth to that?
If anyone knows of such a holster, I would also like to as well. I have done alot of looking around but just can't seem to find exactly what I'm looking for and I have little knowledge of gear. :salute: |

I have a Guarder Tornado mounted on my belt right now, with a single velcro flap. Definitely big enough for a gun with a light.

The one from the link is pretty nice but the Tornado is much more avaliable.
So, harleyb, you say you've mounted it with velcro, I'm assuming you can take off the other straps then..? The belt mount isn't custom is it? |
