ARMS Magazine - November Issue

May as well post a few shots from next months issue of ARMS magazine, straight from Japan to you! I'll be doing 5 images per post, not to up my count, but so people can link to specifics.

The new Mini UZI from Western Arms - gas powered with a folding stock. On sale this month for roughly $270 Canadian.
Silencer: $65
Magazine (38 rounds): $46
Sling: $18
Magazine Pouch: $23

The new Tanaka M700 A.I.C.S. in black, also on sale this month for $552
Bipod & Bipod mount: $114

Yet another (yawn) Tokyo Marui Glock 17. This one comes with a 25+1 roiund magazine, weighs just over 700 grams and is only 186mm in length. Also (of course) gas blowback and is the third generation of Glock 17 from TM. Selling price: $140

And another treat from Marushin. This is the US M2 Carbine in 8mm rounds. Weighing in at 2250 grams and 910mm in length, she appears to be quite a nice item. Her magazine capacity is 15 rounds and price is $398 Canadian equivalent.

Get ready to cream in your panties! The King Arms FAL G1 and FAL Carbine is here!!! 3300 and 2800 grams in weight, they're not light. 1130mm & 910mm in length, they should be big enough for most folks. Sadly, no price is listed and I'm not going to waste my money on calling in and asking.

They have some amazingly cool custom guns in Japan. Here's one based off of some anime that I've never watched, nor will I ever.

Just check out that scope!

Here's what the real version (airsoft rather) is based on from the anime.

God damn... couldn't you just lick it up and down?

Even a very cool bipod too!!!! Score!

Another custom gun based off of an anime of some sort. It's actually a Tokyo Marui Glock 18C EBB which runs off the 7.2 volt battery. Apparently, the total cost of putting it together was only 8000 yen.

Ouch. Yea, I don't want to get hit by that.

Nice looking sight.

You can easily see the AEP magazine

Very sexy looking unit there!!

Double-yumminess.

Oh how long must I wait before we get them here?

AKM SOPMOD... no kidding.

Very very nice indeed. Not a big fan of the tilted foregrip, but no worries.

Oooh!

One of the last items I was temped at buying when I was last in Japan. Damnit how I wish I would have.

Worthy of it's own picture.

The Tanaka M870. A fun time in a can! Gas operated of course (each shell contains it's own gas reservoire) and holes 6 bb's) Pump operated (so get yourself a shell catcher). Certainly something I'd carry around... or consider mounting to my PSG-1.

Of course, let's not forget the TOP 1000-round drum magazine's for the M16 ($48 CDN), MP5 ($48CDN) and AK series (also $48 CDN)

Think you know pain? Try using one of these bastards. OUCH OUCH OUCH! Oh, quick question for those of you in the know as I've only see, but dont know what it is... what is the long silver shell for? Does it just shoot one bb at super-sonic velocity or what??

For anyone into old-time pistols. $290 and $326 for the APPLE custom pistols.

And another basic version for $165

Oh fucking hell yes. Might I make mention that this model is advertised as a blowback? YEA!!! COOL! But, if you see the price, she's well above the 'regular' price of most - at $1,520

When you need to look like the Nigerian pimp in the image next... you can't go wrong with the Heckler & Koch 40mm grenade launcer - at your local neighborhood ANGS shop for only $225!

Im not a big fan of pistols so I dont know why this one's so expensive ($225) but here ya go. The same pistol that the Japanese police carry as their primary sidearm.

For anyone really really into Sci-Fi, here's the M2019 Bot-Blaster. However, even though she's a working replica (gas powered), she is NOT NOT NOT cheap, $575!!!!!

Another one of those dreaded German guns. I never caught the appeal to anyone buying this, but I just think it's an ugly gun either way you look at it. On the upside, it's darned cheap at only $160

Agit-Prop would be proud. Another blowback, also though quite expensive. This model though will accept Tokyo Marui magazines. Hurrah for interchangability!

ANOTHER BLOWBACK! THE PPSh-41!!!!! GO RUSSIA!!!!

This is the rifle that Greylocks is always talking about. I saw one and fired a few rounds (in a very enclosed space mind you) and she is not all that bad. I don't care for the fact that you need to re-cock it every shot, but oh well (certainly not cheap either at just over $1,100!)

I happen to like all three including the ugly MP40. The Bergmann is kinda cool too- very retro.
