No. But you can get a battery and charger for $85-$100 @ cheapbatterpacks.com and BBBastard.

TM guns don't come with batteries or chargers like their chinese clones. TM AEGs come with Gun, Std Mag, little bag of bbs, loading rod, cleaning rod, and manuals. 007 airsoft doesn't offer guns (IIRC) with batteries or chargers, but they are readily available on Ken's site. Taxes are included on all prices from 007 airsoft.

No. If you want great deals get age-verified and consult the Classifieds. Used guns sometimes come with a full kit of spare parts and batteries, chargers, etc.

Only restricted items wouldn't make it. In fact, you could probably order a gun from The 'States, but ask them to remove and discard the receiver, and anything else that may be restricted, and have them just send you all of the internals and external buttons/levers/etc.
Don't quote me on that though...it makes sense to me, since it's the way the guns look that cause the issues, not the gun itself, but I could be totally wrong. In any case, batteries, magazines, chargers, and even gun accessories (excluding mags with dummy bullets and suppressors) will make it through Customs. The thing is, if they inspect your package, which they probably will because it's being sent by an Airsoft retailer, you'll have to pay some duties on your items, usually up to 30% of the total cost of the items. Don't get batteries from overseas though, unless you're getting a bunch of stuff. They only cost $10, but shipping will be around $20-25, and then throw the duties on top.
