Marui guns come out of Japan, where there is a 1J law in effect. As they are targeted primarily at their domestic market, it's in their best interest that their product adheres to this law out of the box.

Systema is an odd player in this respect as their MAX guns come with M150 cylinders, but I believe they can get away with this as they're marketed toward MIL/LE rather than the average airsofter.

Let me tell you a little bit about the mechbox that you're going to be recieving that does 375 FPS.

Plastic bushings that will die and need replacing in about 10 000 rounds
really bad greasing inside the mechbox
Poor air seal in piston
Weird and non TM compatable hop up and barrel (get a new upgrade set for around 90)
Plastic spring guide (IT WILL SHATTER)

Take it from me, I have one, its not bad if you know how to upgrade mechboxes and willing to toss another hundred dollars on internal upgrades alone so that it can keep its adveritsed 370 FPS. Luckily mine had the black body but you're going to either want to paint yours or get a new body.

Heard about modification , can I buy a TM gun and push it to 350-400 FPS ?

The simplest upgrade you can get is the spring and bushings one. Don't put too stiff of a spring (I'd say max 350 fps) in there with only upgraded bushings, cause things will start to break. If you want to upgrade further, you'll be changing basically the whole gearbox. Don't quote me on that last part as I've never done this kind of upgrade, so I don't know exacly which parts you can get away with stock. I've always felt a spring bushing upgrade to 330 fps was more than enough.

You might want to stop typing questions and start reading the Frequently Asked Questions section where.... imagine that.... questions like yours are already answered.

The rest has been said; complete your profile and try to follow the basic rules of these forums. Many people made an effort to write up guides, make the effort to read them.

Why do you want to upgrade to 400fps so bad? Play for a while with a stock gun, and you'll learn which upgrades you need. A good player is more effective with a 280fps gun than a n00b player is with a 350 fps gun.

As for lasers, you can put them on but most people won't let you use them at a game.

Finally, Google is your friend. Use it.

This one speaks the truth. My local field owner has been playing with a ~320 fps gun all year (rather than his near-400 ones) just to illustrate a point to the new players that you DON'T need to upgrade the guns.

There's also the problem of how you plan to upgrade, have you ever opened a mechbox? Have you even managed to take a mechbox out of the Armalite that you want? My guess is no, and you probably shouldn't do it until you know how to, by slowly taking it apart and reassembling it over a few weeks/months that you already own it for.

Play a few games with it stock, then judge for yourself if you REALLY need more fps.
Lastly, upgrading the spring means more than just a $20 spring. It also means a new spring guide, new bushings and probably new shims as a result of the new bushings.

If you want a good AK I have been really impressed by ICSs. If nothing else, full metal, great feel, 330FPS, ICS 3000 motor (great!), retail options for rails, and not quite sure about their AKs but they too could use the split MB design. FYI, so ISC have mag issues but not if you use ICS mags. If not ICS, then CA IMO.
