What you guys think..
Ok Just want some feed back on this..
I ordered A Cadpat Tack Vest and received a Black one instead. I contacted the Seller and the seller is telling that he could exchange it but not pay the shipping. So either I keep this black one or pay 47$ back in forth to get a cadpat one. What you think.

I think the seller should pay for the shipping. If these are the only two choices, however, it completely depends on what matches your current gear.

As a rule I try not to.
Seriously though, the seller should pay for the shipping back. But good luck with that. I've had an issue with that before and the retailer wouldn't pay for shipping back.

If the seller made an error, then the seller should be responsible for return shipping in some form or another. You can't be expected to take a loss because he screwed up.

where was it ordered from? a store? a forum member? ebay? either way it is the sellers bad and should cost him. but if it was on ebay they have actions you can take to get it replaced at his cost or full refund.

thats just bad business practise, you should make this company public to everyone on ASC and make the seller aware that you will be doing this. any business should take the full responsability in thier own screw ups. this is obviusly and error on their half and the buyer should not suffer for the sellers mistakes. I know this sounds a little over the top, but you could really scare the hell out of this guy and tell him your going to contact the " better business bureau " and let them know what kind of cheap operation this guy is running. its very unlikly the BBB would get involvd, but if he knows who the BBB are, he wont screw with you.

Post up the site and go after him to replace the vest. no way you should be paying for his screw up. If he doesn't cooperate then go to the BBB and report him, if nothing else it will put a blemish on his buisness record. maybe if he hears from them directly he will be obliged to ship you the cadpat vest at his expense.
