Is it plastic or metal? If its metal; there a smal screw at the bottom; unscrew it and slide the bottom
For maintenance; just put a couple drops of silicone oil from time to time

Unless there's something wrong with it or stuck in it, there's no need to open a mag. A little silicone oil inside every once in a while is all that's needed most of the time.

king arms dont have screws at the bottom
Theres a rectangular black tab on each side of the mag, press them both in at the same time and pull the top off the mag. If it were a CA mag it would take itself apart lol |

it's because the feeder lips inside that keeps the bbs coming out 1 at a time was keeping them too low so they would just bounce back down into the mag. I've been told to take some small files and wore down the lips and now it should works GREAT.
