PTW spring

Is there somewhere that sells springs fo ptw cylinders to put the FPS right at 400 fps?

Nope. You can buy an APS200 spring and cut it if needed. I'll get you the link on how it's done.

Order one from one of the Asian retailers. They're pretty cheap, about $10 or something.
