When did you place your order? Gungas is the most direct route, as AI actually produces the Tornado.

They give you an ETA right beside the method of shipping in the order process. Mine said ~Sept 30th so I'm going to trust that. It's AI...I haven't heard of anyone being screwed over by them and I can't see why they'd start now.
Give it time, they have a lot of customers and are known pretty much around the world (people at Arnies know them and a few places in the States have done reviews on AI grenades and Propane Adapters).

They seem to be pretty busy lately, but I wouldn't worry. Give them a few more days.

Usually when we have EMT issues it's because a customer did not use the suggested pword so we have to guess a bunch of times. Then we send an email requesting that the EMT be resent with the pword recommended in the ordering instructions. For some reason, many users give us an email address that they don't check so we're kind of stuck at that point.
We're also going to a bit of an upheaval. Much of my workforce has gone back to school so I find myself swamped on the manufacturing floor. It'll take a bit of time for me to train up new help...

Lykurgus, I'll vouch for MadMax (the inventor & manufacturer of the Tornado grenade). He's given the best customer support I've seen in any company. Case in point: he discovered a manufacturing glitch in some batches of Coleman propane tanks a while back, and what did he do? not just warn everyone what to look out for, but he manufactured and shipped a tool to allow people to test the Coleman tanks to see if they were "defective." And he did all this free of charge.

See...if you're local to Toronto and want stuff from MadMax really quickly...all you do is hold out a beer in his direction...
then tell him he can't have it until he sells you a grenade...then "shazam", he'll produce one out of thin air...Black, blue, yellow...whatever colour you want. Same thing with AI propane adapters and silicone oil...but you don't want to know where he stashes the silicone oil in his body.... |
