Looking for precision metal parts maker.

Hey guys,

I need to make a small bearing piece for my GBB but am not sure where to find it/how to make one. For the moment I'm using a nylon replacement (since I had it available+its easy to work with) but unfortunately it wears kinda quickly, it being a soft plastic and all. Atm I just cut a 5.5mm piece off the top part of the inner tube (the part that holds the ink but doesn't have ink in it) and use it. However the impact of the slide moving back and forth begin to deform and flatten the walls. This throws off the tolerances after about 7-8 magazines and replacing it that often is a bit annoying. The inner diameter would have to be about 0.01-0.03mm larger as its a tight fit using the nylon pen part.

The piece of metal I would need is a hollow cylinder about 5.5mm long, and has an internal and external diameter approximate the same size as the inner tube of a Bic pen (see type below).

If anyones wondering why I don't use a stock part 1. the stock parts are hard to find, 2. my metal chamber doesnt work with the stock part, 3. the gun actually cycles smoother and tolerances are tighter with this modification (even with stock chamber). If anyone has any ideas where to get such a piece of metal (preferably made of something tough like brass) or how to make one please let me know.

Thanks .

Bic pen:

PS. If I find a part that works for this, anyone using a GBB with a fixed WA hopup may find this helpful .
