Divide the battery capacity by the current of the charger to get the hours needed for charge. i.e. 1500mah batt and 500ma charger = 3 hour charge.

Keep in mind that a NiMah will hold about 80% of what it put into it. So for purposes of this calculation, multiply the end result by 1.2 -end result, 6 hours.

Get a smart charger then you won,t have to worry about how long it takes to charge ,cause it will shut off when its charged!
