I don't speak any french.. but I think I got the jyst of what you're trying to say.

400 dollars will get you a clone sniper rifle... it wont be any good until you put upgrades into it.

Upgrades are expensive, I payed roughly $500 to upgrade the internals of my gun.

hmm ! I just wonder why do you want to buy sniper rifle ? is it of because of it looks cool. I wouldn't recommend to get sniper rifle unless you really like snipe people. Since I start playing Airsoft, I only get hit one time by sniper but I mostly got them most of the time.

If you're starting out don't get a sniper rifle.

Get a long range AEG like a M16, M14, AK-47, G3, something along those lines.

It is very useful to be able to flip into full auto, or make a very quick follow up shot.

So long range?

Like a DMR kind of setup?

I would suggest taking your M16 that you have now and converting it into an SPR type of gun. Long range, auto and relatively effective. It should do well as an "anti-sniper" gun.
