UltraFire Cree 230-Lumen LED Versatile Flashlight

Personal Comment

My new CQB baby and Zombie killer. This flashlight is bright. Even in lit conditions it can still distract a person in CQB. Just ask those at Defcon what it feels like when I flash it at them. They get really annoyed but their aim goes way off.

And the Strobe light makes anyone jizz in their pants of fear. I do not use it alot in fear it may create a seizure as it is literally like staring at a miniature version of Pokemon TV

Unique Features

Strobe Light - Think of it as a miniature 200 Lumen flashlight in your hands

Very good for room clearing and practically disorienting your opponents

Aesthetic Review:

230 Lumen LED = But since its a China brand people tend to say 200-210 Lumens in reality

Great solid body and no rattle I can slide this on the floor as a distraction device on strobve mode.

Battery Placement

Uses a wide range of batteries and I chose the 18650 cause at dealxtreme they have a cheap charger for it too

Lighting Effects

This is what my basement looks liike with the flashlight on. My basement is literally pitch dark without lights on because I covered all the windows.

Conclusion

Price: 5/5
Ease of Use: 5/5
Build Quality: 4.5/5
Usefulness: 5/5
Overall Rating: 97.5% = A+

Bottomline:

GET IT if you are tired of having no vision in a night game or indoor lights out game. This will totally change your game and make you a better player. Plus you can also flash you neighbors house if they annoy!

Definitely a strong light

I also must stress you do not need CR123 or 18650 battiers

It comes with a set to allow you to use 3 Triple A batteries instead. Super cheap and affordable.

But if you want real power 18650 is the way to go and they sell chargers too for it

That's a much better deal than my G&P T9 with strobe. Do you have to hold the button for strobe? Or is it set and forget? The T9 needed the button to be pressed continuously for the strobe to function, and I had to mod the board to get it function hands free.

Oh man I feel like a info-mercial but yes its!

"SET IT AND FORGET IT!"

All you have to do is tap the button gently to change the modes to

1. Bright light
2. Dimmer but wider ring of light
3. Strobe Rave and seizure time

You should!

After I ordered the whole bundle
- Battery
- Flashlight
- charger

That bundle took awhile but cost me rougly $55 USD for a nice flashlight and if it breaks I can just replace it with a new one. Looks like China knockoffs are getting better, yay

Though one thing I would like to know is how to test a strobe light frequency so that it doesn't cause any discomfort or at worst seizures

I actually have a similar LED Flashlight which was what I was mentioning on the CQB Tactical Paintball thread.

Great stuff!

EDIT: Don't get the BB's from Dealextreme though. They're not exactly that cheap, they're horribly made and are prone to Jam and the paint comes off their Silver/Golden ones.
