adding a monopod to the TSD L96
I've been wanting to add a monopod to my TSD L96 rifle. I first got the idea when I was looking at the ARES AW-338:
http://redwolfairsoft.com/redwolf/ai...l?prodID=25894 picture of the monopod extended: http://img.redwolfairsoft.com/upload...AW338-DT4L.jpg Eventually i'd like to add the knobs on the screws that adjust the cheek peice and the folding stock would be nice as well, but I think I'll do the monopod mod first. Before I start I just wanted to see if anyone's done something similar. Any thoughts and suggestions would be greatly appreciated! |

Good luck... This is a really difficult modification to get it to look and act like the one on the ARES.

Perhaps a CTK AI Monopod might be a more reasonable installation to achieve on an airsoft rifle. I dont know if this product is still available by CTK, but they have another generic model available for those with other rifle types. Requires some obvious modification, but it doenst seem to difficult.
