Good... I don't want any lame EBB coming anywhere close to an AK.

Let's hope AEG will finally have awesome blowback guns... well, at least piston compressing air just doesn't generate enough force for recoil...

tried one out at Defcon once, for the price it's sooo not worth it, they are horribly underpowered and the accuracy wasn't that great either, but that was with a few bursts using unkown ammo, so I could be wrong

If I want to hear or see blowback action on my toys I'll stick with my RS, blowback on an AEG is as usefull as a third tit. aside from the looks cool factor it has no other functionality or improvement on performance

Having actually tried one of these types of AEGs (TM's AKM), the additional visual/audio/tactile feedback is actually pretty nice. The attitude of perfect recoil and cycling action or none at all isn't really reasonable. Do you hold that attitude towards everything else in life?

That CA ad is actually quite stupid, but for different reasons:

I picked up one of the G&G Blowbacks... it doesn't really have recoil... but the sound is soo much nicer than other AEGs...

Having owned several AEG/GBB with and without blowback dating back to the Jac/Asahi to Marui PSG1, for my personal taste unless it will add performance to my AEG it's completely useless. they eventually will add to problems, Blowback action should only be in a GBB type rifle and it should be made with a sturdy metal not plastic/thin metal sheets. I have seen and owned enough AEG and GBB in this lifetime to see a potential problem when i see one.
