This is for all of you with flatter faces. Bought of pair of the asian fit turbofans direct from ESS and I found this tidbit out, the below is copy/pasted from my email, private information removed..

My apologies for the long delay. We went through an IT conversion at the beginning of the year and apparently your email was caught in our Spam filters. I don’t know if Amanda has replied, but the replacement lenses are Asian fit specific. Regular lenses will fit in the frames, but doing so will make your goggle “regular” fit and no longer Asian fit. If you need replacements please let Amanda and I know.

Long story short, if you are thinking about buying asian fit goggles and already have ESS goggles just buy asian fit specific lenses. That will convert your goggles to asian fit. Save you an assload of money as well.
