FUCKING AMAZING

Various members of 1 Canadian Selous Scouts have ordered articles from Flecktarn.co.uk. I Placed the order on 11APR09 - Saturday. I recieved a confirmation email that was automated. I then exchanged an actual email about what was not available in stock at the time of the order. Then they actually called me twice. Yes boys and girls a company in the UK called me. Just to make sure the sizes where correct. Today at work, I get a three emails that included pictures of the products that are being sent with a tracking number.

Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe the extra miles they have travelled with me on this order. Just to ensure the order is correct. They will definitely get my business again.

I ordered a lot of stuff for a group order. Great prices, super fast shipping, no problems whatsoever.

Great site, i'm definitely ordering from these guys again.

i have also delt with them..... good stuff but the shipping was a killer...

As for shipping, consider the amount the group ordered,then split up between the number of items ordered. It was reasonable, although if it is just one person ordering one or two things, that would be different. I think my team might have found its official clothing supplier. I am still just gobsmacked by the level of customer service they have. I actually had a lenghty conversation at work with my co-workers about how helpful they have been.

Most definitely Shiney Approved.
