ICS M4A1 375 or 400 fps upgrade

as you can tell from the title im trying to upgrade my gun to shoot approx 375-400 fps(to keep in the AEG limit of where i usually play) so that i can get some more range and im also looking at making it a little more accurate as well. so far all i know is that i need a tightbore barrel for accuracy and for fps i need a m110 or m120 spring, a new piston, and metal bushings. as for bushings does anyone know what size the ICS takes or does it matter? im really new to the whole internal part stuff so any advice is awesome. i think i know what tightbore im gonna get as well as the spring. any help on good pistons + piston heads, etc to get and bushings would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Why don't you just buy the ICS MA-56 upper package? It's a complete upper that drops in and you'll get the fps you want without having to find what parts work with each other. I'v had mine for about 4years now,no issues. I don't use it as much as I did,but never had a prob.
The bushings for ICS are an odd size.I had to open up my openings to fit normal sized 6mm. But I'm not sure if the newer ICS gear-box might use newer ones. As for tightbores I have Prometheus 6.03mm (407mm long) in the ICS and all my other AEG's have Prometheus as well, never had any issues with them either. Hope there are a few idea's for you

I don't know if ICS has changed their MA-56 or not, but it used to come with an aluminum piston. It had a tendancy to get chewed up.

Also, use a large battery with their M120, or something capable of discharging alot of current (LiPo perhaps).

ICS guns made in 2006 and newer have steel bushings.

I havent had any issues with the piston being chewed(yet lol),but I'm running Systema gears in it as well, maybe they line-up better?? But at any rate it works
