Downgrading JG mechbox

Well so I'm getting a JG mechbox for my MP5, all I want is durability and over 250fps, this is the mechbox: http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/catalog/p.../category/143/

What can I do to downgrade it?

So far, i'm thinking about putting this:
http://velocityarms.ca/index.php?mai...products_id=25

I'm not sure if that's right, because I'm not familiar with JG stuff.

It's one of WELLS first MP5's plastic MechBox, that JG Gearbox will not fit, You may aswell just buy another gun.

No, i'm aware a mechbox won't fit, the only thing needed to make it fit properly is a new lower receiver.

Because the upper receiver fits a V.2 Mechbox no problem, I know cause I put my M4 mechbox in there, the only thing that's wrong is the lower receiver since this clone doesn't have the mechbox holder inside and a motor plate.

Why would I need a new upper receiver? there's nothing wrong with it, it's exactly the same as a TM one just shitty quality.

If the lower is different, there's a very good chance the upper is as well. You might not be able to see it, but I'm willing to bet the tolerances are so far off that even if you could manage to fit a new mechbox in there, it won't feed worth a shit.

That and the fact that a new mechbox + new spring + new lower will cost you more than that entire gun.

I had the newer version with the Metal Gearbox, I bought a New TM Hop-Up for it, It did not fit, the Upper Receiver was not wide enough to fit it, then I got a gearbox from a buddy and the same thing, this could have been just mine but its just a heads up.

Hm, Well if the upper IS different then I won't get the stuff, and just keep modding my TM, is there any pics of the inside of a upper receiver so I can compare?

Like I said, you might not be able to tell just by looking at it.

I'll give you an example of what I mean:

I installed a new (aftermarket) magwell in my Classic Army G36 to accept M4 magazines. The magwell was off alignment by 0.5mm. It was enough to cause it not to feed. And that was with a gun of much better quality than a Well.

So, I would not take the chance at wasting money on something that is already a piece of shit, use the money you want to spend and save it until you Get Age Verified and then buy a nice MP5.

I know what you mean, but if you read my previous post, I put my M4 with the upper receiver and used a ported cylinder and it fired perfectly, and feeding was fine, everything was good except the lower that is.
