Thumbs up where to buy a front grip for my mp5

hi,
i have recently purchased an mp5 from airsoftworld.net. the mp5's battery is in the stock. i wanted to rewire the battery so that the battery was inside the front grip. i dont know if i need a smaller battery or a bigger grip as my current battery will not fit inside the grip
ANY INFO WILL BE MUCH APPRECIATED AS I AM A BEGINNER!!!!!

You will probably need a smaller battery. Are you in Canada?

IMO, you're shooting yourself in the foot, as you'll get much better performance and capacity out of a large battery in the stock than you will with a mini in the grip. Large Sub-C cell batteries offer far better performance than small 2/3A cells ever can.

Having the battery in the stock allows you to use a high capacity (high mAh rating) battery that will give you better trigger response (less lag), higher rate of fire, and will give you far more shots on a single charge. And if you wanted to move to a higher voltage (even higher rate of fire and less trigger lag), you could easily fit a 9.6V 2200 mAh battery made from 4/5A cells in the full stock.

Really, the only reason you should switch to a front mounted battery for an MP5 is if you're planning on removing the full stock and installing a sliding stock. More often than not, you find people going the other way and switching their front-wired MP5 with sliding stock to a rear-wired with full stock so they can use the large battery.

ok the but where can i buy this 9.6v battery from. i am from uk (not canada) so i would like a uk stockist if available.
also i am a beginner and i would like to upgrade my mp5's FPS. it is currently at 330 but it dont seem that. what do you recomend pal??
