Can anyone point me to a users manual for this GBB?

I recently purchased one used and did not get the manual with it & all though manuals can tend to be a bit redundant-I still like to brush through them to see if theres anything usefull. I've been searching a while but haven't been able to find one online.

Also can anyone let me know how to tell the difference between pre Hard Kick versions and the latter models?
