SA 58 High Cap to Mid Cap Conversion

So I have a couple of these mags for the SA 58, they are 1000rd HighCaps, item P366M.

Wanting to convert them to a MidCap So does any one know of a decent MidCap that holds approx 120-140rds, that can be stripped and would be suitable for a conversion.

So I have been told the G&P AK 150 rd Mid Cap might be the best option for my conversion uses.

Would anyone have any suggestions on dealing with the mag as the donor for the guts of the mid cap?
