Add Recoil To Your AEG!
Hey guys, I was browsing through WGC, and i happen to stumble upon this video.. Its a rod from Modify called TREMORS that basically adds recoil to your AEGs.

It's basically the TM SOPMOD/SOCOM recoil system applied to pre-SOPMOD/SOCOM platforms.

meh....GBBR are still better, and before you say its cool down problem...I'll ask you what kind of firearm fires at 1200-1600rpm? hey I didnt make this up, more vid and more people post their gun at such high rpm using lipo...ugh...this is more like paintball these days.
But seriously though, the recoil engine would problem increase stress in the mech box especially if you run like 1200rpm+ |

What real steal gun needs 4-6 shots to hit a person through the brush before they feel it?
cool concept, not sure I'd bother though.

It's nifty and adds a bit more feeling to the AEGs... but you almost have to be using a classic M4A1 to use this (or M4 with a battery in a PEQ).
I'd rather have no vibration and no PEQ (and no Lipo).

Yeah, my full size M16 has its stock full of battery anyway (9.6v 3300mAh, heh), Crane stock on the M4... the CQB gun I wanna do, if I end up using my CTR stock I might try it (most likely at the end of the year when Airsoftparts has his Xmas sale) but I was looking at a UBR so that would be a no-go.
The other aspect that concerns me, if I did use it in the CQB gun (I'm aiming for a high ROF with a S/1/3 trigger group via a Trigger Master), is the extra inertia of the weight would just totally kill the ROF. And possibly (probably) make the motor work more and tax the already limited-sized battery. So in the end its a nifty gimmick, but probably not worth it. Which is too bad, I had a rocky start with Modify (original modular gear set not fitting in reinforced mechboxes), but I've grown to like their modular gears a lot.

Just wondering, for full stock is it actually possible to use a smaller battery and have the recoil engine and battery at stock? |

The old WW2 German MG42 fires at 1200rpm.
