I would like to note, I had a conversation about the range thing not long ago. 200ft is something that is achievable, but you're normally into bolt action distance for that kind of real reliability.

Even using heavier ammo, people either don't call or can't feel the BB due to the loss of momentum at that point.

If you can (or think you are, it's hard to tell if you're dropping 2 feet short at the 200 foot mark) hit that far out, be prepared for a bit of disappointment when you hit a chest rig and someone doesn't call out because he didn't feel the shot. It even applies to some local guys here running 470fps bolt actions with .4 bbs.

I am aware, that's why last year I ran an RPK, shoot 20 bbs and people start calling their hits. But my main field has outlawed full auto and many games in my area are restricting Support weapons so I need a Semi auto solution.

Funny how some people think 200feet and an 8 inch spread is a low bar and others think it is very high. I personally think it is a very high bar for a semi auto gun with .3g bbs.

It's a high bar in uncontrolled conditions. Once you shut down the wind and have the gun in a vice though, things change. But nobody really has access to 200ft of warehouse space to verify this.

You also have to factor ammo quality into all this.

200ft is a fairly lofty goal, never even mind 90% hits at 200ft.

I did it and it works awesome with a little reinforcement from a AFG to stabilize the body.

Although more often than not it comes down to if you are a skilled shooter in the first place, gun be damned. If I can play competitively with the cheapest gun, a good high C battery, a spring, hop up and motor change it might be more than just the upgrades that keeps you in the game
So if I understand, you can take any AEG or almost like a Classic Army and made it more reliable with the specs I wanted without the need of an other AEG?
