manchovie, i wish it was a gr2. i was planning on doing a gr6 style gun but settled on just painting my g36k in the gr style. btw, the mp5 is just a cheapo uhc spring gun thats why there are screw holes and the handguard is all funky. i use it to test new paintjobs, the gun has been through at least four different schemes. the aimpoint costs as much as the gun its on. :smack:
harleyb, thats exactly what i thought when i peeled off all the masking. but when i was painting the idea was to get something multicamish with gradient changes in color. wingzero, the paints i used were not optimal. the light green and gray are duplicolor primer coats. the tan black and o.d are krylon camo paint. im sure youd get a better effect if you used paints that actually match the multicam colors. heres some more camo ive done in the past few days. camo skulls and butterflies digital scheme with gradient changes. |
